Real Property Returns are due Wednesday, April 1st, 2020.

Exemption Applications are due Wednesday, April 1st, 2020. This includes Homestead Exemption Application, which are filed in the Tax Commissioners Office.

We are seeking information from Chicken House owners and operators about they type of Chicken House they are operating.

Cuva & FLPA Applications are due to the Assessors Office by 5pm on June 1st. A notarized signature is required and a filing fee. For more information, call (706) 275-7410.

The Assessors Office will be closed Friday, July 3rd, 2020 to observe Independence Day.

The Assessors office will be closed Monday, September 7th to observe Labor Day.
